Shipwrecks: Beautiful pictures of long forgotten ships

I have always been fascinated by shipwrecks and their stories of hidden treasure. The idea of diving into a sunken ship to find chests filled with gold from a famous pirate has to be every little boys dream. But, when being a little more realistic it becomes clear that is never going to happen. The number of sunken ships that haven't been found can not be that big and well, there has to be a reason they haven't been found.

Nevertheless, shipwrecks still have a great function and that function is providing beautiful photographs. Take for example the skeleton coast in Namibia, a place where the ocean meets a desert and lots of ships stranded. The pictures of stranded ships in a desert are just mindblowing. But in my opinion shipwrecks do not have to be in the desert to provide beautiful pictures. So I collected some amazing pictures of shipwrecks, I hope you enjoy!
